About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Atlantic Golf Breaks website. The website is operated by VogalOrizontal Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal, NIF 516 884 255, holding Portuguese travel and tourism registration RNAVT 13529.

Enquiries and quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking and does not reserve golf, accommodation, transport or any other service.

Any quotation we provide is based on the information you give us and on availability at the time of quoting. Prices and availability can change until arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Booking terms

Where you go on to make a booking, separate written booking conditions will be provided to you before any payment is taken. Those conditions govern the booking itself, including payment, changes and cancellation.

Travel insurance and personal responsibility

It is the responsibility of each traveller to arrange and maintain adequate travel and personal insurance for the duration of their trip. Cover should include, as a minimum, medical treatment and repatriation, personal accident and injury, illness, cancellation and curtailment, loss of or damage to personal belongings and golf equipment, and any additional cover required for sporting or adventure activities booked as part of the trip.

Atlantic Golf Breaks does not provide insurance and does not check whether travellers hold it. We accept no liability for any loss, cost, expense, injury, illness or damage suffered by a traveller that would have been covered by an appropriate insurance policy, or that arises from a traveller failing to obtain adequate cover.

Travellers are also responsible for holding valid travel documentation, for meeting any health or entry requirements applicable to Portugal, and for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in the golf, transport and activities included in their itinerary.

Website content

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but course, hotel, restaurant and activity details are provided by third parties and can change. Photographs are illustrative of the Algarve and of the type of trip we arrange.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Atlantic Golf Breaks and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers retain the protections available to them under the law of their country of residence.
